Did a brick last Saturday evening. Spent 60 minutes on the trainer and went out for a 30 minute run around the reservoir. Kept my HR at around 145 for the duration.
It all started in the fall of 2007 when I went out for a night on the town with a few friends, drank too much and realized it was time to start taking care of myself. Here I am two years later training for my second Ironman and my friends think I am crazy!
