032509 - lift, bike, run

Hit the gym after work to lift, bike and run.  The lifting was a little rough, but I got through it in 40 minutes.  I then jumped on the bike for 15 and the treadmill for 15.  I was supposed to get 30 minutes on the run, but I needed to meet the wife and I ran out of time.  I kept my HR really low on the run (around 138).  It felt good to be running again and I was disappointed I had to cut it short.
