030609 - Swim

Hit the pool at 7 am and covered 2500 yards in 45 minutes.  I swam a 200 yd warm up and then did 5 x 100s on 130s with 10 seconds rest.  I then swam 1000 yards in 16 minutes and then 2 x 300s.  I cooled down with an easy 200.  My HR during this workout stayed around 150 - 160.  I felt really good and was happy to get the good workout in.
