On Thursday I spent 90 minutes on the trainer. The weather is still pretty crappy so I was stuck inside. I kept my HR around 135 and my cadence in the upper 80s. I was still feeling a bit tired so I tried to keep my effort in the recovery zone.
It all started in the fall of 2007 when I went out for a night on the town with a few friends, drank too much and realized it was time to start taking care of myself. Here I am two years later training for my second Ironman and my friends think I am crazy!
