030609 - Brick

This evening I did a 75 minute brick.  I rode the bike on the trainer for 30 minutes and kept my HR around 140.  I am still feeling a little soreness on the saddle, but muscled through it.  I ran for 45 minutes outside in shorts (thank god for the warm weather) and kept my HR around 145.  I covered 5.5 miles on the run.  I am really looking forward to working out this weekend in the great outdoors!  The forecast is 70s and sunny!
