On Wednesday I went home after work and completed an easy brick. I was in my marathon taper week, so all I had to do was a 30 minute bike and a 30 minute run. I kept my HR average at 138 on the bike and 139 on the run.
It all started in the fall of 2007 when I went out for a night on the town with a few friends, drank too much and realized it was time to start taking care of myself. Here I am two years later training for my second Ironman and my friends think I am crazy!
