031609 - Bike

Completed a 45 minute ride this morning before work.  I kept my HR average to 140 and my cadence average at 90 RPMs.  I shifted a lot during the workout to vary the stress on the legs.  I tried to do a number of 1 minutes intervals in hard vs. easy gears to keep it interesting.  I averaged about 18 mph.
