On Sunday I got a 45 min. ride in on the trainer. Felt good considering it was the day after the swim-lift-bike-run. Kept my average HR to 143 and tried to focus on a steady cadence.
It all started in the fall of 2007 when I went out for a night on the town with a few friends, drank too much and realized it was time to start taking care of myself. Here I am two years later training for my second Ironman and my friends think I am crazy!
